PLEASE READ!
★ The community is members only, you should be member to be able to view the entries and post. So come and join us HERE! YOU DO NOT NEED TO ASK TO JOIN, NOR BE APPROVED!!
★ Make your posts MEMBERS ONLY please!
★ This community is only for NEWS scans, no other bands are allowed.
★ Post pictures/scans, if you fail to do so, your entry will be deleted.
★ Please use LJ cut if your entry is long, not everyone has fast connection and it'd save space.
★ If you take the scans from some other sources, please first get permission or do credit.
★ NO HOTLINKING please, upload the pictures to you own hoster and post, like Photobucket, Imageshack, Picoodle..etc. Or upload them through LJ.
★ DO NOT REPOST the scans that are posted to community unless opposite is said, but do not forget to CREDIT when you re-post.
★ TAGING is very important, so before posting something please read HOW TO TAG and tag your entry properly.
★ If you have a request for magazine, pamphlet, album booklet etc.. post them HERE! Please do not go and make a new entry for it.
★ Incomplete scans should go under the tag "*unknown" In the process of trying to piece together old scanlations we should join together to complete them. Please don't be afraid to upload unknown scans you don't know how to tag.
★ No "If this is inappropriate delete" or "I don't know if it is allowed"! This shows that you didn't read the rules! Everything is obvious on rules. If there is something you wonder and is not mentioned in rules, leave comment here! No private messaging to maintainers unless it is very important.
★ DO NOT DIRECT the scans or DL links to your private LJ, post everything ON THE COMMUNITY!
★ Tagging is open for members too, but PLEASE READ HOW TO TAG POSTS before you tag your scans.
★ Please make sure that the scans are AT LEAST -800px width 600px height* OR MORE! Not smaller than that limit please!
★ Please obey the rules, respect and be nice to other friends and maintainers. No bashing, spamming. Do not make a criticism about NEWS or reflect discredit upon NEWS! If you do so, you will be deleted from the memership.
