Hello there!! I recall you posted in my LJ about being at kinokuniya the same day the SUGIZO Meet&Greet even took place. Just out of curiosity, were you the chick wearing the lolita dress?
And no, tickets to see him at the Meet&Greet were free. ^.^
Oh, haha that wasn't me! That chick with the lolita dress, pink background with icecreamcake pattern one was behind me. I was sitting down eating right behind her, I ate cake towards the end. My mother was there too eating. I remember there was this Caucasian guy who took pictures but later was scold since he wasn't allowed I guess too.
You're so lucky! Did you get his autograph? I wish I had gotten it. But after eating, I went downstairs exploring the stationary section. :(
Oh, Also I'm asian if that helps! lol I was in the 3 seat in. I remember there was alot of Canadians there, this weird dude and a bunch of people that were in line in the back. I think Suzogi is fairly popular and I would expect a much bigger audience since he hasn't been autographing in a long time from what I've read online.
LOL You're so lucky. I'm chinese too :) In the past, I think some working at the book store could have been fooled but now I don't think so. :D How do you find about these events of signing?
Wheee we are Chinese buddies xD I don't know about working in a bookstore, but I know it's definitely better than working as a waitress at a restruant.
You should check out the front desk of Kinokuniya once in a while, they have some flyers from events sitting there, its right next to the registers. I picked up the flyer about SUGIZO coming there. Or check out http://samuraibeatradio.com
LOL Yup Chinese buds! Sadly, I live in like SI and I don't come to Manhattan that often. But I always end up buying something like an artbook ><.. If you don't mind, I'll add you as a friend.
Oh What do you end up buying at Kinokuniya if I may ask? >
Well I haven't been buying anything from Kinokuniya in a while, the magazines with the posters in them are no longer being produced I think. So its just the magazine now. And magazines are the only thing I buy, actually. (JRock ones of course)
That is really helpful. It provided me a number of ideas and I'll be placing them on my web site eventually. I'm bookmarking your blog and I'll be back. Thanks again!

Yeah, I did get his autograph, and he asked me if I was Chinese. I said that I was, and asked him how can he tell. And he told be that I had the look.
Not autographing for a while? Wow. Well kinokuniya is a fairly small place, so not much ppl
