This is one of those semesters when I really should write up one of these things, since there's actually some wibbly-wobbly-weirdness attached to this boy here that will actually have some sway on how interaction with my new kid works for any given character. But more on that later! For now, I'll just introduce my kid!

You can use pretty much any excuse you want to, in order to be able to believe in him. Gullibility, an open mind, maybe just the nature of what your character is giving them a broader insight into the workings of the supernatural world around them...

1) Because Minako is utterly gullible and will believe almost anything you tell her anyway.
2) Well, she's the reincarnation of an alien princess who was an incarnation of the goddess Venus. She can't really cast any stones, here.

... well, he's seen crazier things, so I'm going to go with him. And definitely Liara - she doesn't know enough about Earth culture to brush him off as a fairytale. Same goes for Atton, but with a larger dose of cynicism.

Jack, Victor and Tara are all in between -- they wouldn't actively believe in him right off the bat, but they're all from worlds where believing in something like a skinny guy who controls the weather is not that hard to do, so they'll come around pretty fast. (Jack would likely also be able to smell him before he could see him. )
