Master Class and A&S Discussion
In addition to the classes, we had a Master Class before lunch led by Master Robyyan. No other classes were scheduled against it so that way everyone could be there. I’m happy with that format, and will probably keep it that way next year

I think your best hope is a separate set of criteria for a separate competition. The current Fair system shoehorns everything into criteria designed for objects, not performances. You will never get them to use a different model for performances because there is too much invested in the pentathlon model, even though few people ever attempt pentathlon entries. Start fresh!

Actually we're thinking of doing that at a Kingdom Twelfth Night in the future. :)
