do you remember the care bear episode, where the care bears give this girl tihs little red chest and tell her "if you believe in this, you can do anything!"

and she trots off, does all sorts of stuff she never realised she could do... all because of this little box.

Turned out the little box just had a picture of herself inside! How cute...!
