I think it is called a degustation! They are incredibly extravagent, and incredibly cool!

I just heard Neil Patrick Harris mention it, it's called the tasting menu. Degustation may be another term for it too.

Oh yes, I did one a while back. (like in 2002 in Charlotte NC) I really need to find a place around here that does those.
