Going back to Prison

My brother Matt got a DUI almost three years ago and finally went to court for it. He has had ten DUI's before. His lawyer keeps putting the court dates off for another day over and over until the judge ends up throwing the case out due to time constraints. My brother Matt had five of his ten DUI's thrown out that way. He was trying to do it again
