Heading to Las Vegas.
I am getting ready for my trip to Vegas tomorrow. Heading out at 5 am. Like Facebook, I am rarely on LiveJournal anymore. I miss all the friends that used to be here. I am off to see my girlfriend who lives in Las Vegas. I work all the time now and don't get many days off. I retire in four years so working on getting a good retirement check

Ah! Vegas!! Have fun. How could you not have fun though? It's Vegas! And your sweetie! Plus a potential Birthday (the jury is still out on that one, I may be remembering wrong). Sounds like a perfect trip.
You mentioned Facebook. I wish I would have known you were there. I would have 'friended' you. I can't anymore though. I've been banned. I have no idea if it's permanent. Community violations. Apparently, you can't have more than one FB account. Who knew? Well, not me anyway. I've had 2 accounts for about 15 years. They caught up with me, I guess.
When my dad retired, he had a good retirement plan too. It made his life fun. He had time and resources to pursue all the little things he had imagined as he was driving across country all those years. (he was a teamster long-haul truck driver). You have that to look forward to.
Anyway, I hope you have a great time in Vegas.

I will stay with her on this trip. We will mostly eat at decent places and see movies. She is a cheap date. She does want to see the Blueman group again. Then see the Tournament of kings show again. Medieval Times type of show. I may see a concert by myself. She hates live shows like that.
I am rarely on Facebook. I work in a prison and a lot of inmates are there, ex and current. Plus family I don't really want to talk too. i will get active again there after I retire. I hope you get your Facebook account back.

I got back from Vegas, safe and sound. Now i am working just about every day, as usual. How are you doing?
