I really liked this idea that Neogeen and P3nsive both did by making these little art jam sessions. I wanted to start one up at well as they help break art blocks I think. Copied from Neogeen's post.

lol this isn't free art from me per say
its people post refs and if someone likes the character they draw it...people may or may not get art, its in the rules =p
