Hmmm, last night in wheeling for awhile, drunken whores, and just drunk little kids...so annoying...No one under the age of 18 (besides the select few,baker) should come in contact with alcohol. From now on if i see a kid with alcohol, i'll take it form him/her and either drink it myself or find someone else of decent age to consume it for them....
