I made mine with lemon pudding, but I only got half the amount of Cool Whip at the store, and I didn't have a mixer to mix the cream cheese and Cool Whip and powdered sugar with, so my inside layer isn't all that wonderful. It keeps having lumps of cream cheese in it.
So evidently I take after my mother in the unsuccessful extemporaneous cooking department.
