You could try some aquarium shop for some sea monkey they are called artemia - brine shrimps, they usually cheaper then target and other places. If that doesn't work you could have a trip to rottnest and steal some from the salt lakes.
Thanks for the tip :) but was looking for the ones that you can grow from the eggs, still couldn't find the bloody things, even though the guy at Kmart told me they had them when I called grrrrr!! and its not like they were just sold out, I couldnt even find an empty spot where they should have been! Stupid young retail idiots who don't know shit or tell you the wrong things haha.
I found her a decent pressie anyways, and she will prob get more use out of these things :)
