like for me i dun mind teaching the so called "challenging students" cause it is rewarding in its own right thought it is emotionally draining. As such, my preference is for teaching gp since its more intellectually rewarding as i dun like classroom managment.
wht i do object is the way he prematurely judges other students. its ppl like tht tht results in students internalising tht they cannot do better... and like if he is so elitish, shouldn't he be able to perform so understandingly well tht hr post him to his ideal sch? not sure about this point but wht i understand from past conversations is tht if u teaching sec sch english if u are like honors or top the cohert the likelihood of teaching gp is higher? so ya his attitude sux
