I had a thought the other day in regards to two industries that I would assume have taken a large hit in the coin purse in the name of technology. First would be the pay-phones. in all honesty, i've rationalized not carrying cash by the fact that i can tell the bums that i dont have any on me and mean it.

as for the phones... yeah i dont know if youve used a pay-phone lately, but the rates are outrageous. i assume its due to the cells phones. at least the pay phone didnt give me brain cancer. ...hepatitis? maybe. but definitely not brain cancer.
