lol, of course i took my real one =P i brought 3 with me actually, the editing program thats on the computer im using here is really strange and very basic, wen i resize anything it just loses quality, havnt figured out y yet, i know im doing something wrong, just dont no how to fix it at this stage, the program is called 'picture it', if uve heard of it pls feel free to give me resizing tips =)
sweet! you enjoying the cold? i know it really doesn't get that cold in australia, but wasn't alaska a bit extreme during wintertime? and it's cool that you'll be getting driving lessons. i think i'd need the same thing if i tried to drive in australia or europe.
the thing i really don't understand is... if we drive on different sides of the road, why don't we have the driver's side on the same side? that way at least one of us would have the convenience of stepping out of the driver's seat and onto the curb. does that make sense?

hey there, yeh the colds not so bad now im getting used to it, no it doesnt get anywhere near this cold in oz!!yeh big extreme, total climate shift, i just wanted to experience the winter here and see all the snow =) i dont know y they dont design cars that way, it would be safer for head on collisions too, with the drivers being on op sides of the car, but ohwell, so wot sort of cam did u buy? and im still waiting on pics from ur print class too =)
How can you get used to weather like that?! Coming from Australia... sheesh.

I ended up getting the Nikon D70, with 2 different lenses. Oh, and about those prints... I'm not sure I can work up the energy to scan them.... and i think they were in a fire or something... i can't find them... and i have to go wash my hair so i don't have time... and i'm just making excuses. check my journal for some new digi photos from DC though!
lol, yeh u r making excuses for those prints, jsut take digi pics of them and make the post friends only if ur shy about ppl seeing ur work, if u dont want to tho its all good =) was just curious about wot they looked like, d70 soundslike fun, have u taken many pics on it yet? hmm i wouldnt say i travel alot, altho i would say ive been very lucky to see the places i have in my time, i work and save, i jsut finished uni last year, so this is my big trip sorta after uni and b4 settling down into a routine, and sorting out my life etc, blah blah blah, and i love seeing new places, im just staying with friends who i met last time i travelled here actually, pretty sweet deal, anyways, need sleep, bye for now, will check out ur dc pics in the morning =)

hey thanx, yeh it is really cold here, -44C yesterday! i wouldnt mind a good aussie summer day right about now, the camera i use for my posts is the pentax *ist D,(DLSR) =)
