i had a similar experience at dunkin donuts the last time i was at one! which was last august or something, i think. i hardly ever go to dunkin donuts though. that may have been the second or third same drink, same limited language options. i don't think i was even asking for anything too specific though- like sugar-free- they just messed up my drink.

Dunkin Donuts is definitely not my thing, either. The coupons made it more appealing. And, actually, I think that was the veryvery first time I ever had coffee there. I've only been in one with someone else, since I don't even like donuts.

Oh, and the sugar-free option just came out recently. Trying to make their latte's more dieter-friendly, I guess.
