I like the idea. Quite a bit actually.

If you could have spaces between when they're speaking and when they're doing things it would look a little more cleaner. Something like so:

"My name is Minho. I-I-I, uh, slept over with Taemin last night," Minho replied, heart-rate increasing once again.

Just then Taemin flung his room door open and stepped out into the hallway noticing Key with a blade to Minho's neck.

"Hyung! Put the knife away please! He's my, uh, friend," Taemin looked to Minho for approval in his choice of words.

Minho smiled back at him and Taemin continued, "he broke in last night because he was lost."

There are a little issues with spelling and using correct tense. Other than that I really look forward to what you will do with this!

OMG, if only Minho knows the truth about his father's death...
But it's good that he has a place to live now... It's better than living alone outside, and he has Taemin, too, LOL!
I like this story a lot, hehe...
