and your evaluation of the squeeze action

I agree somewhat with complaints that the squeeze buttons are a bit too far toward the front of the mouse. By default I grab just to the back of buttons, so I do need to move them forward a bit to use the squeeze. I can understand that Apple wanted them in the same spot from the Pro mice. I don't mind the lack of feedback, it works as I would expect. Perhaps if it required even less pressure.

It gets points for impressing my coworkers.

My config as follows:
Left side = Primary Button
Right side = Secondary Button
Scroll Ball button = Expose - All Windows
Squeeze - Dashboard

thats one thing about a single button mouse is that it's much easier to please everyone. once you start introducing new elements people are going to have different preferences about placement, shape etc. i can't wait to try it out and see how it works for me. judging by the fact that i am steve jobs minion... i can't imagine not loving it.

my friend is quoted saying, "A Mac two-button mouse! Grab your ice skates and let's go to hell!"

I'm embarrassed to say though, that the acceleration thing is pretty hot and tempting.

Apple really went all-out, with four buttons.

They have a demo mouse at the Apple store, however it may be a while before they get another shipment in.

(I bought the last one yesterday, and the online store has a 10 day wait)
