My mom doesn't trust anyone else to watch her Pom. When my parents and my sisters went to Texas without me to see my grandmother they still took the dog with them.

She even took Pepper with her when she went to take care of my grandmother this winter after she slipped on the ice. Just so she didn't have to leave Pepper with my dad and sisters.

I bet my mom would do the same, only she's in Europe right now so that makes travel with a dog a bit impractical.
