It's been nice to play DDR immediately after doing my reps. I'm already warmed up from all the push ups, and it's easy to think 'Well I might as well get in some cardio while I'm at it.' So if you have something similar you can do, or maybe just a convenient place to jog, then I recommend adding maybe a 20-30 minute jog to the end of it to burn off fat.
