The first day of Geek.Kon was sublime. 
Panels..
Friends..
Libations of mind altering properties..

Being at Geek.Kon reminded me of two things, one of which was brought up at a panel much later on.
1)  Madison is over-flowing with amazing people, that I hate living so far from and can't hang out with more..

Gaming still progresses at an almost pleasant rate.. still very much fun.

Geek.Kon is looming ever closer, I have slipped in my volunteer status to the coordinating guy.. I technically only have to do 4 hrs, since I am on two panels.. but.. I'd be happy to help out a few extra hours more.  But I plan to be very busy.. there are quite a few panels I ( Read more... )

I'm still waiting to hear from the people at Geek.Kon for volunteer stuff.. and I'm slated to help out badger2305 on a panel, and yes.. it's about Old School Renaissance Gaming

I hope to hear back from them soon.. so that I can actually plan out how I will be able to be there..
