Excellent weekend with one minor exception

lazigyrl and I had an excellent weekend for the most part (more about that in the next paragraph). She came over Friday night, we ate Swiss Chalet, and watched lots of Agatha Christie (both Miss Marple and Hercule Poirot).  Saturday we went out for a while as the house was getting stuffy with the heat of the day. I'm glad you and lazigyrl had such a FABULOUS weekend (the neighbours from hell aside)! :-D I can relate to being the crazy woman as I've done the rapping on the ceiling with my swiffer thing, etc. It's wonderful that the neighbours have been charged and fined $405. Maybe that will help them to remember to STFU. *g*

The neighbours haven't actually been charged or fined as I did not press charges. They were told by the Bylaw officer that it would be so if a neighbour did press charges. I want to try to resolve this without burdening the court system so I am proceeding on the assumption the threat of fines and charges (and the crazy woman next door) will keep them quite. It is working so far.

Sorry. I think I've been suffering from brain freeze this week. *g* Well, if the threat of fines and charges works then that's just as good. :-)
