poor boy has a milk and egg white allergy and his immunoglobin (sp?)  were on the very low side of normal and decreased instead of increasing from his 12m blood work - so we go to the allergist/immunologist next week

we had no idea he has allergies!!!

he was a happy spitter when he was on formula then when i transitioned him to whole milk - about once or twice a day he threw up curdled milk - just a little bit -- his immunoglobin levels were low at his 12m bloodwork so we redid it at 15m and our ped added the allergy stuff..

our ped wants us to keep him of dairy for at least 3 months

so if you have any good food ideas w/out milk that would be great! we realized he cant eat a lot of what hes been eating! mac n' cheese, raviolis, pizza , yogurt, etc
i've already switched him to soy milk

You can always do beef ravioli (vs cheese), EZ Mac has a pasta with Italian sauce (vc mac & chz), cheeseless pizza with veggies or meat on it....go to the organic/vegetarian section of the grocery store, for they always havelots of dairy-free stuff (Van's waffles, ice cream, dairy-=free 'cheese' and the like).

Also rice milk is very sweet and he may like it.
Poor North!
(pay attention to ham that is conserved with milk)

What are you bringing yours in for?

'hay fever' and chocolate. I think I told you T's school accidentally fed him chocolate pudding and he reacted, so its time to check them both and see if there is anything we can do......

I'm also suspicious of a possible dairy sensitivity for Ava, but I hope I'm wrong!
