you have too much expectancies, and too little resources to fulfill them. it's a permanent internal conflict of human being.

Well!!!, Your comment is great thinking!. but I really meant silly things like...I promise not to wear a red shirt, or I promise no to date married women again, or I promise not to get drunk on Fridays.
And....I keep breaking them all.

i think you actually do not consider your "promise" is important for you.

it's more like thinking of variants in terms of "what if..", and when you are faced with choice you just think "well, I can do fulfil my promise, it's actually easy, so I will do not"

but if you really would have like to give a promise to yourself, you will perform it, everyone will.

Maybe it worth to try to make an experiment ;)
