Alright, so my mom has never met my roommate. My dad met her when I moved in but mom had never met her. So, my family got up early to drive to Gville for tailgaiting. So I would have to say this has been one of my more eventful birthdays. Can someone please explain to me what in mayonaisse makes it so that once it is opened it has to be refigerated, but up until that point it can sit out at room temperature. Does it have to do with samonila? Is it that bacteria can then infect it? Please! Does anyone know?
