It's so hard to not like IRL canon, so I don't understand why it isn't more popular in fandom. I kind of wish I were a more prolific writer and could support more of the rarer pairs.

I'm glad you liked it. With all the Bad Friends Trio love (I'm so guilty of this too =P), people sometimes forget that France hated Germany/Prussia with unadulterated passion. ^^

popping in to say that, really, awesome as it is, the Bad Friends Trio in incredibly historically inaccurateXD
Spain also has issues with Prussia and has had mutual hatred stronger than the Anglofrench one at times with France

Also, really awesome fic, I'd also like some exploration about religions themes in the series, and this was really good ;)

Thank you! I try to make my history based fics at least resemble the history behind it... even if I take liberties with the "fiction" part of it.

I can't make promises, but I'll definitely try to write more of the pair. I do adore them quite a bit. ^^

Thank you so much! From the reaction I've received, I guess not very many people write about how much France and Germany hated each other prior WWII.

I really need to write an EU fic. There's so much fic fodder and fandom does not take advantage of it!
