How to go about Posting

Jan 21, 2010 07:40

For the most part, posting is pretty self explanatory. If you've been involved in LiveJournal roleplays before, you've probably seen a header similar to the one in the box below used on logs:

Characters:
Content:
Location:
Time of day:
Warnings:
Status: (Active/Finished?)

Easy enough to fill out right? The title of the log itself will, of course, be in the title area of the entry and then all of the above information needs to be placed outside of a LJ-cut. Also, in the title of the log, please specify whether it's an open log that anyone can jump or closed to certain individuals.(The log itself should be placed under a cut to save space. Just makes things easier) Please make sure to tag your entries appropriately if only because tags make it much easier to find stuff later. Please remember that all roleplay logs should be in third person POV. (Journal entries can be in first person.)

It is your choice whether or not you want to use the journal you have created for your character as an actual blog for them. This aspect is not required whatsoever though it does add a new level of entertainment in the long run.
