What's the difference between dreams and nightmares?

The simple answer is that any dream I have involving Sarah Jessica Parker being my girlfriend counts as a nightmare. I am scared of my subconscious, really I am.

Usually girl-on-girl action would count as a dream in my book but in this case, I accept that an exception has to be made.
