Practicum begins

Today was the first day of my practicum at Glen Lake.  One of the things I'm hoping to get out of this is an idea of how class management works.  If the students are loud, how do I stop them?  Shouting "Quiet!  It's too noisy in here!" works for approximately 3 seconds at best

i love kids like that. makes me want to have hoards of them.

Just start telling horror storys and use in the story to hypen it. well something like that.
