That pretty much says it all.
Serena Williams came into the Australian Open ranked No. 81 and fought her way to the final, a final I thought belonged to Maria Sharapova. But Williams had other plans and embarrassed Sharapova with a 6-1, 6-2 victory.
And to think that Williams's mother described her daughter as "rusty" at the beginning of the tournament.
There's but one word for this: Daaaaayyyummmm.
