So I'm making dinner, and I've got sweet potatoes in the oven. I'm making conversation w/ my kid about the food, and start talking about new world agriculture...Tim puts me in my place, posthaste. "I'm trying to get dinner, not a degree, Mom." Sigh. I'm as bad about boring my audience as he is, sometimes.
