Help!

Any suggestions on how to get to sleep earlier? I can't seem to sleep before 2am, ever. I am really trying to change that so maybe I'll have a shot at doing better in school ( Read more... )

I think that's actually hypersomnia...sleeping too much. Maybe you need to adjust your biological clock---i used to have to do it every year before returning to school in the fall. I would figure out when my average bedtime is, and then the time I need to be going to sleep (in order to wake up on time and not be fatigued). Then move your bedtime back an hour every three days--so, like, if you're going to bed at 3, but should be going to bed at 11, you should try going to bed at 2 for three days, then 1 for three days, then 12 for three days, then 11. It should work itself out.

Thanks! That's going to be tough, but I'll try it. I barely slept at all last night, so it should be easier to sleep early tonight. (I hope)
Be home Tuesday! Do you know what the rehearsal schedule is?
