♥! I was so into writing this fic that I nearly missed my bus this morning. Sooo, I'm glad it is so loved! I thought it might be too silly, but we never get to see them be silly. So I figured it was worth the having to sprint to the bus stop, lol.

So I read your comments in the middle of class and just started grinning like a maniac. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I keep writing these things where everyone on the entire ship is in some way invested in watching Lee and Kara dance around each other. It's not like they have soap operas to occupy their time out there in deep space.

Kara is kind of the epitome of giving a kid a new toy when she's in her Viper. I never got the sense that she was ever serious about it--she was just having a good time.

If Lee didn't say it back I could just see all of CIC groaning in frustration. For some reason I always write fics where practically the entire fleet is in some way invested in these two. Probably just waiting around to see the train wreck, buuut, that's a different thing altogether, lol.

I was like "hm, how would Kara save face? Right, she'd joke about it." And it just rang so true. Glad you like :-)
