[Well! The picture in the journal is most certainly not Mizuno Ami. It is, however, still an Asian girl, but a few years younger, with an unusual hairdo of buns and pigtails.]
I'm Usagi-chan!
[And something in Ami realizes that while some people in Luceti will remember Usagi in blond form from while she was here, many won't, and they won't know

Ah, Doctor Mizuno, so they have affected you too... And your best friend? That must be... poignant for you. [And painful. Robert doesn't even want to think about how much that might have hurt him if he'd turned into a certain person.]
... Do you perhaps need any assistance, or are you alright at the moment? [Robert was serious when he said he wanted to help Ami if she had a problem. After all, it's the least he can do. She basically singlehandedly stopped him from freezing, taught him to use the journals and gave him a place to live.]

Eventually he gets close enough to see the row of buildings that includes House Three.] I think I'm within eyesight of your house. It's... It's one floor tall, isn't it? And somewhat rectangular. [Robert adjusts his glasses so he can peer further into the horizon.] It certainly seems like a nice house, though... if a little, er, dated. [More like "ancient", but Robert realizes that, comparitively, it's fairly modern considering the rest of Luceti.]

It sounds like you have the right house. I'll come to the door.

[He speaks a little to himself.] I do believe this is the first time I've ever actually visited another person's house...

Come in and warm up, please.

[Robert does so gratefully, realizing just how cold his face had been as soon as he steps inside. His glasses even mist up, and he has to take them off just a moment - an action that makes him look a little uncomfortable - to wipe the lenses off.] Ah, thank you... [Replacing his glasses, he takes a better look at Ami's new form. This was her friend Usagi, she said? She just seemed... different, in several ways, from Ami. Especially her face.] It must be a little strange to be in the body of your friend, but you seem to be taking it fairly well.

[As she speaks, she hands Robert a tissue to wipe the glasses.]
It seems better to enjoy the chance to see her. Actually, I sort of started thinking about keeping a few pictures of myself, so I have a picture of her here with me after this ends.

[Robert makes his way into the room, looking around it. It's a homely, cozy place - it makes Robert feel warm, and not just physically so.] Is your friend out and about at the moment? I don't want to disturb anyone.

[She nods then, and explains the first point second.]
The same pictures stored in our journals. What I meant was that I'd like one I could have printed out and put in a frame, but I guess I could just consider it like a scrapbook.

Is there perhaps some way I could assist with that? Or do anything else?
Reply
I appreciate that, but it's something I want to do for myself. That way it's something I've done to remember her.

It seems like he might want to talk more about this, but there's also a hesitance about his expression that moght dissuade it.] Really though, I'd just want to do something that would make this time easier for you.

But, you're also in a bad situation, aren't you? Arriving here just a little while ago, and finding things in this state already.
(ooc: ironically, one of the reasons for this switch is that even the two actresses used to joke about juuuust how much Ami loved Usagi-chan. XD)

[Robert winces very slightly at this, and slumps. Yes, it's true that this was bugging him a bit... well, alright, it was seriously wearing at him. But he didn't want to telegraph that weakness if Ami herself was having a tough time.] I... I wish to assist you. Although it is true that I am... well, I find myself somewhat at a loss to deal with the present situation... I do not want to add to your burden.

It seems like we truly deal with things in a similar way. Let's both help each other, then, and consider that enough.
(ooc: I figured, that's why I mentioned it. XD On the plus side, that same devotion finally freed Ami from the Dark Kingdom; she thought she killed Usagi and the shock completely broke the spell.)

I realize that doesn't make much logical sense. But then again, neither does the rest of this place right now.
