worst day of my life...
ever. saturday chilled
at mercedez house. then
went to practice. it was
so not fun. we ran like
2 miles then worked out.
grizelle had to be 'rushed'
to the hospital. it wasn't
even that bad of a workout
either cuz i could do it
and i'm in the worst shape...
ever! ya.
so after that i went to
tempe beach park w/ the fam.
