Summary - Nino is an unknown being whereas Sho is an awfully normal one. Fate clashes in between and brings unnecesarry conflict. Nino declared himself as a servant, but could his master, Sho, understand?

“Do you still remember what you questioned me the very first time we met? well technically met..” I thought hard but if I did remember correctly, I asked him loads of questions so I have no idea which one he’s referring to.
“Sho-chan has a poor memory despite being a Keio..” he commented but not with his usual bratty attitude. He was rather warm and gentle today and it scared the crap out of me.
I was fidgeting in my seat, staring at the figure playing with his thumbs nervously. You don’t have to tell me now if you’re not comfortable. I smiled.
“I’m okay~ really.. I want to.. I insist..” so what is it? What do my questions have anything to do with this?
“You once asked me why I was here when we first met.” Oh, I did. I mentally smacked myself for that.
“That also caused you to disappear for a few days.” I smiled and decided to talk to him since it was beginning to turn into a formal conversation and maybe he’ll feel more relax if I actually spoke as well, he smiled.
“Yeah~ It’s one hell of a past that I rather not tell anyone..” he laughed bitterly as I looked at him with a gentle expression.
“Nino.. I-”
“Sho-chan.. I’m here because of you..” me??? Wait, this is …
“This is getting complicated..” I said after thinking half way.. “First you said ‘they’ as in those people back in your dimension came because of me then now you’re here because of me??”
“I’m different from those people..” he snapped. “I’m here because…” he trailed off as a tear slide down his cheeks. Oh how I wanted to hug him.
“Nino.. you really..”
“You were killed in front of my very eyes 128 years ago..” WHA?? “We were about to get married, you were my one and only love and we were about to get married when.. .. whe..when..” Nino~..
Tears were falling like raindrops. Without self control, I reached out into the mirror and somehow, I don’t know how, my hands went through the mirror, shocking both Nino and myself. I smiled at him, gently wiping tears off his face but it seems I made him cry even more.
I could no longer take it as I grabbed his hand. His hand was as cold as ice, I tugged on it a bit and slowly retracted my own hand still holding his hand out of the mirror. Miracles do happen. In the next few minutes, Nino was sitting next to me, hand in hand. I smiled at him again as tears also gathered in my eyes, threatening to fall.
“Sho-chan, I.. you..” I remained smiling hoping to be of any help as he took a deep breath. “you were killed by a vampire slayer by mistake..” by mistake? “yea, I’ve got no idea how and when since everything happened so fast.” he took a few more deep breaths and he looked as if he was having a hard time to breath.
“I..I was also attacked.. but..” but?
“Nino are you okay? You look like you’re out of breath.”
“I was saved by Ma-chan before I passed the gates of hell.” He totally ignored me. Again with the Ma-chan. “I passed out, and when I awoke I was at his place.” I nodded, urging him to continue. “he told me that there’s a possibility of reincarnation so ..” I blinked.. ??????
“ne~ How did you end up in the necklace?” he looked away.. I’m an idiot. I palmed my face, scolding myself silently.
“I got caught by some self-claimed black magician and ended up in that place..” he said pointing at the mirror. “the dimension of mirrors...” he said weakly.. something’s wrong, I can feel it..
“KAZU-CHAN~!” Aiba?
“Ma-chan…” Nino collapsed into my arms after Aiba came in. What’s happening now? I frowned.
“Wha..How did he..?” he looked shocked as he carried Nino to the bed I was sleeping on a while ago.
“The mirror? I sorta pulled him out.. I don’t know how it happened.. It just did.” I answered his question as he gave me the ‘look’.
“You’re amazing for a human.”

After Nino passed out, there wasn’t a second where I was out of his side. I was with him all the time that it worried Aiba.
“Sho-chan, did Kazu-chan tell you everything?” he questioned carefully, not wanting me to end up strangling him again I guess.
“I doubt so, but I’m not forcing him..” I said calmly, I don’t want to force Nino to talking about something so hurtful. “Aiba-san…”
“hmm?” he raised an eyebrow as he turned to face me.
“How did Nino find out that his past partner is me?”
“You choose your words well Sakurai.” He smirked. What’s with that? “When we were attacked, we were out-numbered which was something that I did not predict..” shessh, you don’t go simply predicting things that will cause people their lives idiot!! “You were bitten by one of the weres..” weres??? “you were bleeding like a strong stream.. Kazu-chan helped licked your wound..” he licked me??? I could feel myself blush which made Aiba laugh. “I guess he figured out through your blood.”
I was speechless, then I brushed my hand over my neck but found nothing.
“A vampire’s saliva has a great amount of healing power.. It somehow drained Kazu and after you pulled him out, he must be stressed out.”
I stared at the pretty innocent, non bratty face, sleeping soundly on the bed. I smiled to myself as Aiba left the room. I held onto Nino’s cold hand, leaning down as I placed a soft kiss on his forehead.
“I’m glad that it’s me you found, Kazu~” I fell asleep by the bed side, holding onto Nino’s hand.

I awoke when I felt movements. Nino? I opened my eyes lazily as I lifted my head to find a pair of icy blue eyes staring at me with warmth. Aiba? No, Aiba has golden eyes like a fierce feline but these are gentle yet dangerous blue eyes…
“I’m not that dangerous..” I was so lost in my thoughts that when Nino spoke, it pulled me back like an electric shock.
“Are you okay?” he asked, looking all concerned. “Sho-chan?” he smiled at me. I couldn’t stop staring at him. He’s really sitting right in front of me without a mirror in between and our fingers were entwined.
“Nino…” my sight became blurred. “You idiot~!!” then I could feel tears falling. How can he still find the strength to smile? Baka~ you should have just left me..
“Leave you??” he asked, half shouted, shocked at what he had just heard from my thoughts.
“Yes.. you should have just fled with Aiba.. you shouldn’t have saved me.. did you know that you slept for a total of 3 days? Aiba thought you were a goner.. you were.. you were freaking.. Kazu, you were.. I was so.. scared.. I .. I..” I said as tears continued to flow without control.
I kept looking downwards. I didn’t want him to see me like how I am now. Words were stuck in my throat, not wanting to be said.
“Sho..” he brighten up.. “You just called me KAZU~!” I blinked; my sight was still a blur with the tears, confused. “you called me Kazu~” he cheered.. “MA-CHAN he called me KAZU~!!” he went jumping..
My eyes widen, following his every movement. He kept on jumping until he was on Aiba’s back with Aiba piggy backing him.. Not fair.. I sighed.. What’s with the Ma-chan anyways? And here I was getting all emotional. Thank goodness he’s too occupied playing with Aiba that he didn’t read me for what I’ve thought a while ago.
I smiled at the playing duo, enjoying the peace of mind at the moment when my phone rang, ruining the whole atmosphere. It was an unknown number but well, I answered it anyways though I hung up right after I answered breaking cold sweat.
“Sho-chan?” Aiba tapped me by the shoulder with Nino still on his back.
“It’s Kazu, Sho-chan..” huh? “You just called me Nino again~” he pouted.. awww~ “And you Ma-chan.. Sho-chan is for me to call not you..” he smacked Aiba’s head lightly. Again with the Ma-chan.. I sighed again.
“Jya, Sakurai-chan~” Aiba sing sang, earning another smack from Kazu. “What was the call about?” call?
“Err, nothing much..”
“Nothing much? You’re breaking cold sweat..” I’m fine Kazu~ I smiled, trying to enlighten the situation a bit and it worked, Kazu hopped of Aiba and dragged me out of the house leaving Aiba alone.

After being dragged by Kazu, I came to notice that I’ve not stepped out of the house since I woke up. Strange enough, Kazu stopped reading my mind or maybe he just chose to ignore it until I speak up to him. The scenery was awesome as we stroll along together.
“Sho-chan~ you do know that I won’t talk to you like I always did if you don’t speak up right?” he asked. Yes, indeed I noticed that change but.. I sighed AGAIN “why are you sighing.? Wanna get old fast?” he joked as he pinched my cheeks with his cold hands.
“Kazu-chan, listen..” I stopped walking, facing him seriously. “I don’t want anything to change.. I like it when you invade my thoughts even though it’s indeed very annoying but that’s what the Kazu I know do.” I said, looking him in his beautiful blue eyes. “You’ve somehow became an important part of my life even before me knowing about the whole vampire story.. I want you to be you.. not what you think I want you to be..” and also the brat that wakes me up 15 minutes earlier every morning. I smirked.
“I’m gonna start waking you up 20 minutes earlier now.” BRAT!
We laughed as we continued walking until I came to a halt again.
“One more thing..” I blushed and looked anywhere but him.
“hmm?” he was looking at me with his irresistible look … ughh~
“Can you not call Aiba, Ma-chan?” I said it out loud instead. It’s irritating to hear you call him Ma-chan.. I pouted.
He smirked~ damn.. he’s such a brat.. a total sadist who likes to see me suffer..
“No I do not.. I love you Shoouu-chan~” he grinned while I was flushed. “I love you so much that I will make you suffer my weight..” he jumped on me making me piggy back him.
I ran all over the place with him on my back. It was the perfect moment. We waved at Aiba who were waving back at us from the entrance of the house we were in. I really did not expect my life to make such a turn. I have a vampire as my lover.
“I love you too~”
