Knowledge - Chapter 1
Summary - it takes more than feelings to bring people together... that's when knowledge is needed

As I entered the school gates, I saw students crowding around the notice board. Some were giggling and whispering excitedly to one another while some wear concerned faces.
“Bee~! Ohayou…” someone slammed her bag into my back in a not so friendly manner
“Rika-chan!!” I sighed “My back will break sooner or later if you don’t change your way of greetings”
Rika laughed it off and pulled me towards the notice board, pushing our way through the sea of students.
I stood there frozen to the spot when I saw what was posted up onto the board… merge… the council is merging the school with a boy school. To make things worse, it’s going to be the school where elite boys attend.
“Our school is changing into a co-et school… hmm~ not bad” Rika commented as if it was none of her business.
“Rika-chan~” I started as I took a deep breath “Our peaceful days in school is about to end”
The day where the boys came into the school finally came.
It’s only the first day and yet there were obvious changes. Expensive and grand looking cars could be seen entering school just for the sake of dropping their young masters to school. Butlers getting down from the vehicle just to open the door for their young masters making it look as if those boys couldn’t do anything on their own.
The atmosphere made me feel so out of place. The other girls were admiring the boys as though they’re princes.
“Can’t the guys just walk to school and not make such a scene” Rika complained
“They’re mentally disadvantage~ they can’t even open the door themselves” I joked though I was obviously annoyed
That’s not just it. The moment Rika and I stepped into the porch, 3 vehicles came driving in and all the boys who were crowding around automatically formed a very arranged guard of honor making the girls follow their acts.
As expected, the butlers came down to open the doors for their young masters but those who came out don’t look like ordinary students. They are one of a kind.
My jaw dropped. I was right in the middle of the path way~ Rika had to pull me aside as we avoid the deadly glances from the boys.
“Who are they?” I heard a girl ask
“Ahh~ you don’t know huh…” a guy who was leaning against the wall said “They’re like the school idols… of course they’re not idols~” the guy laughed a bit before continuing “Those 3 are our school’s best students. They are good looking, charming, smart, elegant... this shouldn’t be coming from a guy but still they’re so sinfully hawt”
The so called idols walked through the commotion like no one’s business heading over to the notice board. The boys were known to be the coolest and of course the most popular in school even though it's their first day of school. This is all crazy but it’s indeed a fact. All it takes is a smile and the girls will MELT.
“We’re in the same class again!” the shortest among the group smiled.
“and there I was praying we’ll finally be in different classes~” sighed one of them.
“Come on Jun-chan~ I know you love us too much to want to be in separate classes” the shortest winked.
“I think we’re blocking the view of many students~ we should get moving…” the tallest guy smiled and screams along with cheers can be heard coming from the girls.
“Ma-chan sure is the girl magnet” Jun laughed.
“Nino’s the magnet not me~”
“Shut up and let’s go shall we~” Nino said already walking away.
“That was one pretty organized guard of honor huh~” Rika said as we were heading towards the cafeteria
“They’re exaggerating it~ I see nothing so special about those boys…”
“Are you serious?!” Rika’s eyes widen in shock “How could you not see it~ such beauties are rare!! RARE beings~” then she narrowed her eyes as she stared at me “and how would you explain your reaction when you saw them this morning… you looked like this~~” Rika pulled a silly expression and stuck her tongue out at me
“I have no comment.”
“Bee~” Rika placed her hands onto my shoulders “I now know why you’re still single even though you have the looks…”
The next thing that happened was that I found myself chasing after her all the way to the cafeteria, cursing all the way and *BAM*!
Plates could be heard falling on the floor, food splatter all over, and very unfortunately for me; I fell forwards landing hard on my bottom. It’s so embarassing~
“ouchh~ that’s gonna hurt…” the bratty looking guy commented not bothering to help me up.
Everyone in the area stood frozen not knowing what to do. What was supposed to be a game of cat and mice has turned into a horrid accident with the idols… not a good thing to start school with after the merging~
“owiee” I whined when an outstretched hand was offered to help me up.
Surprised to the other’s actions, I shyly took the other’s hand as he pulled me up, catching me when I missed a step almost falling flat on my face.
“Th…thank you~~”
“No worries.. are you alright?” Masaki Aiba, the girl magnet asked.
Faint gossips could be heard when Aiba smiled at the clumsy girl which so happened to be me in front of him who’s awkwardly blushing not knowing what to do.
“I’m good.. thank you~” I smiled trying to hide my already pink cheeks “I’m very sorry about your meal, let me…”
“No it’s fine~” Aiba cut in, politely bowing as he excused himself with the other 2.
“I’m going home for the day…” Aiba told his friends simply.
“eh? Classes have yet to end~ not that you need to attend them though” Nino stuck his tongue out teasingly.
None of the 3 friends actually needed to attend classes for they can score without actually studying at all. Monsters they are but perfectly human~
“My shirt is messed up and I don’t…”
“Come over to my place then~ you can change then we could hang out a little” Jun interrupted with a deadly wink before he continued “we can grab hamburgers on the way..”
“I’M IN~!! Let’s go Masaki~~” Nino cheered dragging Aiba along the corridor towards the school gates with a smiling Jun running after them
The scene at the cafeteria kept replaying in my mind and I ended up day dreaming staring at the sky when I noticed the idols made their way out of school grounds.
‘It seems I’ve gotten used to calling them the idols’ I silently laughed at myself.
‘Wait~ Why am I thinking of him??’ I thought and started blushing.
I tried to hide my face into my arms pretending to sleep during class… something is definitely wrong with me…
