Jun was worried since Sho did not return for his things, thus he went over to Ohno’s to pay Sho a visit and to see if he’s doing alright.

As Jun pushed the doorbell, the door flung open revealing a concerned Ohno.

"Ohno-kun, what’s wrong?" Jun asked, hoping that he’s just thinking too much.

"Sho-chan… He’s not home yet~" Ohno said in the verge of crying.

Jun was dead shocked. Where could he be? Unlike Jun and Ohno, Sho’s just a mere human. If he were to wander into the wrong street, that might be the end of him. Jun was starting to panic as he thought of all the possibilities that could have happen or might have already happened to Sho.

Ohno and Jun were sitting on the couch at the living room, trying to calm themselves down.

"Sho’s not that irresponsible. He would have called. What if something happened?" Ohno started to think negative. "What was the last thing you talked about before he ran away?" Ohno asked all of a sudden, looking serious.

"Aiba." Jun answered short.

"That’s it? What about Aiba did you talk about??"

"Err, his personality.."

"And what did you say?" Ohno narrowed his eyebrow.

"His family background made us have doubts about his real personality." Jun said, clueless to why Ohno suddenly became so serious. "Is anything the matter?"

Ohno’s face turned pale. "You said ‘family background’ didn’t you." Jun nodded. "Shit~ Sho’s extremely sensitive when negatives effects happen because of one’s family background." Ohno explained to the clueless Jun.

Jun was speechless. Ohno knew Sho way much longer than he did and he does not know Sho to the extent of knowing his sensitive topics and such.

"I’m an idiot~!" Ohno exclaimed as he pulled out his cell phone. "Should have called him earlier.."

Ohno dialed Sho’s number and in a few rings, the other side picked up.

"Sho-chan~!!!! Are you okay? Where are you now?!" Ohno was so relief to hear Sho’s voice and could not stop asking questions until he heard a voice from the background of the other line.
----
Sho answered his called to a very worried Ohno. He was drowning him with questions and his brain couldn’t function fast enough despise being a genius.

"Hey, are you okay? Who’s that?" Aiba asked, slowly walking towards Sho.

Sho used his hands to cover his phone, preventing Ohno from hearing what he was about to say. "Oh-chan, I think he’s worried." Sho said, and turned his attention back to Ohno.

"Sho-chan, that’s Aiba’s voice that I heard right?" Ohno sounded even more worried than usual.

"Nn~" Sho nodded even though Ohno couldn’t see it. "I’m fine Oh-chan. I’m at Aiba-kun’s place." Sho tried to recall and answer the older man’s previous questions.

"AIBA’S HOUSE~!!" Sho brought his phone away from his ear to prevent any damage cause. Ohno was practically yelling through the phone and when Ohno yelled, he could hear Jun’s voice from the background.

"Is Jun-kun with you?" Sho asked.

Aiba tensed up hearing Jun’s name. He didn’t really favor that guy. He never did like him to even begin with and now that Sho got into the whole picture, it made Aiba think of Jun as a threat.

"Wakatta~ I’ll be home soon. Okay okay, I promise." Sho said, trying to please the other party.

"Is everything okay?" Aiba asked as soon as Sho ended the call.

"Oh-chan wants me home now, seems like I made them worried." Sho said in a guilty voice. "Jya, I’ll get going now."

"Wait~" Aiba caught Sho’s arm before he could leave. "err.. I.." he slurred, making Sho raise an eyebrow to his sudden odd behavior. "Let me walk you home. It’s dangerous for you to walk around this area alone. Especially at this hour." he smiled.

Sho agreed. They were walking in the streets on the way to Sho’s place when Aiba suddenly placed a protective hand on Sho’s shoulders. Aiba was all geared up, looking pretty horrific but handsome at the same time with his fangs bearing out.

"What’s Aiba-sama doing out here at such an hour with a human?" a voice came filled with sarcasm.

Sho immediately tensed up after hearing the voice. He had no idea where he is since Aiba did say that this is not a place for a mere human like him to be at. Afraid and not knowing what to do, he could only hold onto Aiba’s arm for comfort.

"Heck~ He’s scared. How cute." It was obvious that another person has spoke. The voice was totally different from the one before.

3 figures slowly appeared from the foggy streets. The street lights are dim making it hard for Sho to see properly. Aiba on the other hand, could see everything perfectly. The owners of the figures are none other than the ever so popular 3 brothers who always like to find fault.

"ne~ Let’s play. We’re nice." the first one said, smirking at Sho.

Sho glance over at Aiba who was glaring at the 3 in front of them. Aiba was showing no sign of backing off. Even though he was practically glaring and showing his unpleasant face, Sho thought that Aiba looked the same as always. It was like he has no feelings at all, his emotions sealed and despite feeling sad, happy and anger, his facial expressions are all pretty alike.

"We’re in a rush~ If you’ll excuse.." Aiba’s sentence got cut midway.

"Rush? aww~ Aiba-sama wants to go.." one said with the same smirk still plastered on his face.

"Enough Kame, I don’t have time to play with one of your worthless games." Aiba snapped.

"Jin~ Aiba’s being mean." Kame said to the second guy with fake innocent eyes.

"Cut the crap. What do you want?" Aiba asked, annoyed.

"Him~" the third and last brother spoke.

"Not a chance Ueda. Not a chance." Aiba pulled Sho closer to his body. Sho was clinging onto Aiba as if his dear life depends on him.

"ne~ Is he that important?" Jin asked, shifting his gaze over to Sho. "He might have had you for dinner you know?" Jin added directing the question to Sho, laughing.

Sho suddenly felt really annoyed at Jin’s statement. The irritation coming from it cannot be measured.

"I wouldn’t have said that if I were you." Sho said in a low voice, shocking the brothers as well as Aiba.

"So you can talk? Who gave you the permission to speak, you worthless human." Kame said, annoyed but smirked as he thought he won the argument.

"I don’t need anyone’s permission to speak. Neither do I need you idiots to insult me."

The way Sho has spoken made everyone’s jaw drop. They have not seen any human being so bold as to have spoken so firmly to the ‘gifted’ people or rather addressed as ‘monsters’ to humans.

"Sho~" Sho slowly stepped out of his comfort zone behind Aiba.

"I would really appreciate it if you guys were to leave us alone."

"Tsk. I will get you for this." Jin hissed. With that said, the brothers disappeared into the foggy area of the streets.
----
Sho and Aiba had a silent walk. The silence was heavy and awkward but neither decided to break it till they’ve reached Sho’s place.

"So, will I see you in school tomorrow?" Aiba asked, looking everywhere but Sho.

"I suppose so." Sho smiled, making Aiba blush but his face was as normal as ever.

Just as Aiba was to say something, the door flung open with Ohno and Jun running out to where Sho was standing. The next thing Sho knew was Aiba’s no longer where he was. Just as if he disappeared into thin air. Sho pouted a little before turning his attention to the 2 worried looking males.

"Sho-chan are you okay? Did he do anything? Are you feeling ill?" Ohno drowned Sho with his detailed questions.

"Ohno, chill. Let’s go back inside before he catches a cold. I’ll kill you if he did. No wait, I’ll kill HIM." Jun corrected himself and led Sho into the house.
----
Sho was seated in the living room with extreme awkwardness plus the air was tense and heavy. Ohno was sitting right at the opposite of where Sho was seated and Jun was leaning against the wall near the kitchen. Jun has the perfect view of both males sitting in the living room. No one said a single word ever since they entered the house even though Ohno was dying to know what happened between Aiba and his dear friend.

"So… mind telling us what’s wrong?" Ohno started, failing to surpass his will of not talking first.

Sho remained quiet, showing no signs of talking at all. Jun was fidgeting at his spot, beginning to get impatient. He wanted to know what happened and he will just have to make sure that he’ll get himself some answers.

"Don’t make me MAKE you speak so please Sho-kun, tell us what happened." Jun tried to persuade the stubborn Sho.

When Sho still remained quiet, Jun snapped. In a blink of an eye, he was on top of Sho and growling away. Ohno did nothing to stop the demon that has gone berserk in front of him as he too wanted to know. Selfishly, Ohno and Jun were technically but not practically attacking Sho though not to Sho’s knowledge, he silently called for Aiba.
----
Nino was too like Ohno and Jun but he’s unbelievably gentle since he did not go jumping on or attacking Aiba. But instead of Nino doing the questioning, Nino was found speechless to Aiba’s questions.

"ne~ Kazu.. Are you listening?"

"Yes, yes I am." Nino answered, not knowing what else to say.

"Then tell me Kazu~ What am I suppose to do? Will there be a cure? I’m seriously going nuts. I can’t control my heart beat neither can I control my actions. Kazu~~" Aiba said staring at the blank wide ceiling.

A genius he might be, and a brat might Nino be, they are both actually victims to their own family name. A disgrace to their own kind if they were to do anything beyond the role they’re supposed to play. Vampires who don’t have feelings and werewolves who don’t care right or wrong are the principles to how they live their lives.

"Don’t Kazu me.. I’m supposed to not care about things like this. I’m a werewolf remember~ dong~" Nino did some sound effects at the end, trying not to sound so harsh.

"I know, and I’m not supposed to have feelings~ dong~" Aiba replied making the exact sound effect making both laugh in amusement.

"We can’t do much about this. We have to follow as well as obey what is given upon us." Nino said, though his actually impression was to comfort this vampire friend in front of him.

"If we don’t obey, things will get messy right." Aiba smiled, finally removing his cool masked face.

"Though I don’t really mind getting messy as I’ve been a pro after all those pranks I’ve played." Nino laughed, smirking then followed by an uncomfortable silence. "You’re in love." Nino said, short and straight to the point.

"In love? Who?" Aiba asked, stunned at the sudden statement.

Nino palmed his face. "You’re hopeless~ You.. Aiba Masaki is in love." Nino said pointing at the shocked Aiba.

"EH~?!"

"Maybe vampires really don’t have feelings." Nino laughed. "You’re in love yet you have no clue about it and you think that you’ve gone nuts."

Seeing Aiba still clueless to what he’s saying. He stood up and made his way towards Aiba who was half leaning and sitting at the window still. Upon reaching his target, he grabbed Aiba’s shirt roughly and attacked his lips. Devouring his lips and sucking it vigorously, Nino decided to pull away soon after Aiba remained quiet without returning the kiss. Nino smirked when he saw the glare Aiba was giving him.

"Now you get what I mean?" Nino smiled.

"Besides you suddenly attacking me and the fact that I now have swollen lips, I don’t get what you mean." Aiba said, a little annoyed at Nino’s actions.

Nino on the other hand, did not reply Aiba but walked out of the room. ‘How can he not understand~ mou~’

"Hey~ I can hear that you know." Aiba frowned at his friend.

After the obvious click signaling that the door was officially closed and now that he was left alone, his cool mask was again plastered on his face. Being a vampire means being dense. Without feelings, one can do nothing to change the fact that he doesn’t understand anything that concerns emotions unless he were to surpass himself and gain the strength to feel the different emotions humans feel.

Aiba let out a sigh. Lost in his thoughts, there was a sudden click.

"Aiba-kun.." Sho walked into the room in a very seductive way, making his way towards the shocked Aiba.

"Wh.. Why are you here? I thought I sent you home.~" Aiba slurred.

"You don’t want to see me?" Sho was staring into Aiba’s eyes sadly.

"n..no~ I don’t-" Aiba words was cut by Sho’s sudden attack.

A vampire was being attacked by a human and the vampire was totally giving in to the human. Sho kissed Aiba like how Nino did a moment ago. Sucking and nipping at his lips, Aiba slowly opened his mouth to give more Sho more excess. But Sho suddenly pulled away and started laughing as if he just heard the funniest joke of his life.

Aiba blush as he watched Sho laugh his lungs out. Sho could not stop laughing and Aiba knew something was wrong. Aiba let out a sigh and hit Sho on the head, hard.

"Hey~ what was that for?" Sho whined in pain.

"Sho doesn’t have a tail sticking out of his ass, my little doggie." Aiba stared at ‘Sho’ with sarcasm in his eyes.

"Woops.." Sho was indeed Nino’s doings. The Sho turned out to be Nino in disguise.

"You know that every time you transform into another being, that being will have a tail sticking out, you seriously need to work on that or else you won’t be fooling anybody." Aiba said, sighing for the nth time that day. "And Sho doesn’t talk to me like that."

"Owh really? But you still fell for it." Nino smirked. "You freaking responded~! If I could endure the pain in my lungs for not laughing, I would have kissed your life out of you."

"Very funny, Kazu."

"You’re clearly in love with that Sho guy.. Why don’t you just give it a try??" Nino suggested.

"I can’t." Aiba said, short and clear.

"Why not? You’ll feel worse than not drinking blood for a month." Nino insisted.

"If the counsels were to find out a vampire being together with a human and a werewolf is actually supporting them, you and I will be in deep trouble not to mention Sho might get killed in the whole scenario." Aiba reasoned trying to get into Nino’s head.

"Ahh~ so you’re thinking for his sake.." Nino said, smirking.

"Of course I am~!" Aiba snapped, and covered his mouth soon after realizing what he said, blushing like a tomato and Nino burst out laughing.
