The last books I read for fun were the Percy Jackson series. I also read Cross Current for my mystery fiction class.

The best new book I read in 2010 was probably The Gift of Fear because I'm trying to be less paranoid.

I'm in the middle of another mystery novel for my class, and The Daily Coyote, the Percy Jackson sequel, and Pride and Prejudice and Zombies for fun.

Ireland: Awakening by Edward Rutherfurd. I loved it, it's a historical fiction story that describes the story of Ireland from the seventeenth century onwards. It's a follow on from 'Dublin'

What was the best book you read in 2010?
That's hard to say...probably 'The Help' by Kathryn Socket

What are you currently reading?
Life by Keith Richards. The autobiography by Rolling Stones member Keith Richards. It's a jolly good read :)

Last Book I Read: The Magicians by Lev Grossman. LOVED it. It's kind of like a grown-up Harry Potter, with that magic and all that, but a verrrrry adult theme. I mean not like sex all over, but more mature, more 'magic is fucking impossible'. So if you're a fan of fantasy and magic, then def. read this.

Best Book in 2010: Oooo, this is a toughie. I'll have to say The Vintner's Luck by Elizabeth Knox because it's beautifully written and about a relationship between a man and an angel. I loved it, and it was much too short.

Currently Reading: The Sherlockian by Graham Moore. Two stories, one focusing on Arthur Conan Doyle, the other on a modern Sherlock mystery. It's taking me a bit to get into, but I'm like it~
