People are mysteriously dropping dead left and right, and, let me guess, there are still some of those people here who actually prefer this place to the idea going home.

I can concur with your fascination for this world, it is painfully hard to watch these events unfold but morbidly exciting as well.
However, I feel as if my sanity is being drained in this horrible little farce.

May the current woes of this world be nothing like the future ones we may face soon.

Discedo, what cruelty shall ye think of next? I shudder at the thought!

Exactly, yeah. Like watching a horror film.... One you wish you weren't actually part of.

And I can't say I'm exactly a stranger to the feeling of losing your sanity here....

So do I. Glad you agree. I wonder, though, if anyone here would be especially interested in a book like that, considering they would've all lived through the events themselves.... Maybe a bit too close to home, you know?

Oh I don't know. I wouldn't mind reading about the stuff that I missed that I missed. Behinds-the-scenes drama and all that.

Sounds more like a gossip magazine than a novel. But, you've got a point there - people usually can't resist a little bit of gossip.... I'll see what I can do.
