I think I might have a similar eating disorder as you. You need to make a schedule to eat. For me, back in school, I just forget to eat and skip meals all the time. At work, since it is so boring, a regular eating schedule helps to keep my tummy full and my head semi-clear. :)

Right now I have three regular meals, bring nuts and dry fruits for the morning, and have fresh fruits for the afternoon. I think you will eat as long as you have some food around you, so the point is to put food right in front of you then you will eat for sure. The regular meals need more motivation, so a schedule would come in handy. :)
