It was their very first Christmas together and Andi maybe went a little overboard but she wanted it to be perfect. She'd hid all of Ted's gifts at his parents house and didn't go to retrieve them until late Christmas Eve after he'd fallen asleep.

The next morning Andi sipped coffee and watched as Ted tore into his presents like a little kid. First there was the tent, that came with a note that read 'One day it will be just the right size', there were also two sleeping bags and a note 'I love you and yes, I'll camp with you...sometimes'.

She tilted her face up and accepted his kiss - all the while hoping Ted knew the emphasis there was on sometimes.

Andi got Severus eight presents every year.

Severus already had several, gifts from over the years, but it had caught her eye and made her smile so it was the first gift of the first night.

He might not wear it but Andi wasn't about to pass up seeing his face when he opened the lovely T-shirt on the second night. And he definitely wouldn't be wearing the other

The third night was functional as well as beautiful

Fourth night she made sure to replace all the chocolate with other goodies

She loved the feel of the next gift. Soft and warm and utterly indestructible. and it would come in handy with the gift for the next night.

In all their travels together they'd never made it to Istanbul, but they would.

There was a pair of beautiful dragon hide gloves to cradle the hands she loved so very dearly.

And then, on the final night, it was her favorite gift of them all, she'd spent months haunting Borgin and Burke (more specifically Nashira)for the apothecary kit that had - according to legend - belonged to none other than Salaazar

The cloak was the first thing she found. She knew he'd look incredible in it, because no one could work a cloak like Lucius.

Extravagant? Possibly. After all, the bears were bigger than both the children by several feet. But the picture they made once all the presents had been opened, each asleep again in the lap of 7' bears was too precious to miss.

It wouldn't be until later when the twins found Andi's note promising to take them with her and Pyxis on their next trip to Venice.
