I just got my hairs cut off. It's ok, I'm not disappointed but I'm not super stoked on it either. Another semester of grad school starts next week. I have to work harder at this one. My grades for the first semester weren't bad, but they could have been better. Still kind of bummed out about one of the classes I thought I should have done better in

Don't stress about your syllabus. Pick things you know well enough that you can generate conversation topics. Someone is always going to find something boring, no matter what you pick. And besides, if something doesn't go over well you know not to do it next time. Like, let me tell you... trying to read The Great Gatsby with a bunch of ghetto high school juniors? Bad idea. But so instead the next semester I just tried something different. You'll be fine!
