My first Font

I just got this program that lets me create fonts sooo tonight I spent like 6 hours working on this font that I call "Drink Beer Yell Dance!". Boy was I happy after spending 6 hours on it that it actually worked! The font is a recreation of a 60's Typeface that was used a bunch back then, back in the days back before computerized graphics programs

My Next font is going to be a doozie. I'm gonna do an exact duplicate of THE Trashmen's hand painted drumhead typeface!!

what program do you use to convert them? fontagrpher????...?!?

Font Creator 5.0
It has some tools in it that work like Adobe Illustrator so you can draw a lot of the type faces inside the program. Plus it also converts rasterised scanned type into vector type! Plus it lets you customize existing fonts.

That's totally beautifully insanely cool. I love it. I should get that program, and I'd like a copy of this font too, if possible.

That's a similar font i wanted to use for Trash Film Debauchery but my graphics guy could never figure out what i meant. If you could type it out for me using your fancy new font i'd love it.

The font is pretty schloppy right now. You have to adjust each letter a bunch to get them to interlock and look all fancy. I'm going to try and fix it up a little bit. I'll gladly trade it to you for some photos! I'll have to figure out a good location, and pick a sunny day. What's your email? Mine's schlockfink@yahoo.com
