Ah theatre and flailing at theatre people. I do it all the time. In fact I met one of my fav actors the other night at a Christmas mix and mingle and sounded like a daft idiot and we all know I can do better then that. Ugh. Share the embarrassment?

ah, my friend, as many have wisely told me: i'm sure you weren't as daft-sounding as you think. <3 but it IS a struggle: i feel like i must flail at them because their work is so amazing and has brought me so much joy, yet the act of flailing at someone is such a deeply uncomfortable thing... sigh. let's all agree to go back to the days of carefully worded and respectfully phrased fanmail. (if only!)
