I like attention, though! Even though I'm sort of shy, I like attention. Maybe bass isn't... so good after all.

I was thinking it's because, the whole band has to rely on the bassline. If it's not right, then, it's no good for anyone. Right? I want to be reliable.

You seem pretty reliable, so I guess bass works. What about drums? Everyone relies on the drumline too.

Drums are too loud! I don't like quite that much noise. And, even if I played an instrument I would still want to be able to pitch, so... I would worry about hurting my wrists! With a guitar, I could use a pick and do the chords with my batting hand, instead.

I think a guitar suits you, Oda-kun. It has a cool, mysterious appearance!
