Oy. I guess LJ has to make money somehow, but LJ is not Facebook, and I'm not a great games-player, even if it's fun to see how Farmville operates.

Oh cool. It's probably too much to hope for, but I'd love some sort of simple classic games that could be played privately with selected friends; perhaps all gathered as a subsection of inbox.

Oh well, as long as they don't turn out to be an endless string of announcements that "someone fed their cows" ;) I'm okay with it. I'm still hyped about classifieds, which are FOR ONCE one LJ feature that's relevant to my geo location.

I feel the need to state here for the record for anyone looking back that this was finally rolled out on February 3rd, 2011, with a different partner company (i-Jet Media) and (apparently) a lot more integration.
