O great and wise sages of the multiverse THEY, I have a Very Important Question.

(Meligot, are you the sage with the waist-length beard and a cat, or the sage with the Talking Stick?)

What is a good name for a ceremonial elephant?

Oooo.

Maybe.

(What do Ceremonial Elephants eat, I wonder.)

Ceremonial peanuts!

Clearly, a time-traveling expedition to the Globe Theatre is in order.

Should we kidnap someone to take with us?

I mean, I'm bad at respectable, and you are small and cute. Clearly we need someone to pretend to be the sensible, respectable one.

I am the sage with the Talking Stick, of course. I do not think a waist-length beard would be flattering on me, although if you wish, you can argue the point.

Louis, I do believe, would be a good name.

Oh! Meligot, I have an elephant. May I keep her?

...Certainly.

Apparently we have some parasite dimensions attached to headquarters now. I expect one of them can house an elephant.

Where did you find her?

She's a Ceremonial Elephant. Apparently diplomats get them sometimes.

:D!!1!

(She's not very big, if you were worried.)

You have a little tiny elephant! When can I play with it? Him? Her? Both? Neither? Only in this family.

When I come back! Which will be in... soon, I think, but I'm not sure exactly when. They're still having trouble with one of the sillier diplomatic laws. Something about a joust.

(Meligot, if I have to participate in a joust, do I get extra for going above and beyond the call of duty? Armour itches.)

She is very sweet. I don't think she likes raisins, though.
