Today I went with my dad to MD Anderson to get platelets. The platelets had finished infusing, and the nurse had just come in and switched it to a saline flush. His PICC line (like an IV line except it goes straight to the heart) started filling up with air because the nurse hadn't taken the time to do it properly. So basically there was a bunch
