Name: Nono, or Imperial Space Fleet Solar System Direct Assistance Battalion Attache, Sixth Generation Interstellar Cruising Decisive Weapon, Buster Machine No. 7. Either works!
Appearance: She looks like a teenage girl. She's very tall, lanky, and busty. She has an awkward and clumsy way of moving.
Normally, Nono has pink hair, a massive ahoge that moves independently, and strange plus signs in her eyes. However, none of these have been regained, so I would imagine she's more of a strawberry blonde for now.
World: Nono comes from far in the future (a little over 12,000 years past modern day.) In her world, humanity is capable of space travel and has colonized the planets of the solar system (although Jupiter is gone, having been replaced with a manmade city where it used to be, and there's a black hole called Excelio at the end of the galaxy.
Nono herself is from a small, rural village on Mars. Mars has been terraformed but some species, such as birds, never adapted and are missing there.
Humanity has been kept into the Sol System by a ring of 'space monsters' that surround the outskirts, preventing travel and occasionally threatening the colonies. The planets are protected by psychic teens called Topless who fight the space monsters in giant robots called Buster Machines. These Buster Machines are based on ancient technology, much of which has since been lost.
Spoilers: Nono herself is a Buster Machine, and one of the ancient, early machines possessing capabilities beyond those of the machines piloted by the Topless. The space monsters are actually a manmade fleet made to protect humanity, and Nono's ability is to command them as well as to combine with them to form a larger unit, Diebuster. The space monster attacks have been spurred by the development of the Topless, whose psychic energy mimics that of true space monsters, which the fleet and Nono were designed to combat.
Canon Point: Nono is from the end of the series, after she has been destroyed in the process of warping a black hole away from humanity in order to protect them.
